You’re a versatile, hands-on marketing leader with digital DNA and SaaS experience. You’ve grown companies, built teams, and excel at both strategy and execution. You’ll work on a high functioning in-house marketing team that does it all. A large part of your role is to drive demand generation for revenue growth, but there’s also so much more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure VisionWeb’s products and services are visible and well-respected in the industry
  • Lead the marketing team to drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities
  • Make strategic and tactical decisions on the prioritization of projects that align with company goals and strategies
  • Create meaningful and impactful inbound demand generation programs that drive sales revenue
  • Own relationship with the sales team and forge strong communication and service level agreement between marketing and sales teams
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely across all channels
  • Guide preparation of marketing metrics reports and makes data-driven decisions to move the team and content forward to hit team and company goals
  • Manage new and existing relationships, strategies, contracts, and budgets for a variety of external partners and channels
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, development, product, finance, and professional relations to ensure alignment with company-wide goals
  • Grow the marketing team through hiring, training, mentoring, and career development

Experience and Education:

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, and 7+ years managing a team
  • BS/BA in Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced marketing team that drives results
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Track record of leading an effective inbound marketing strategy and content creation
  • Expertise with Hubpsot, Salesforce, or other CRM and marketing automation software
  • Proven experience working with industry partners and influencers, maintaining relationships, and negotiating contracts
  • High level of writing, editing, and public speaking communication skills

Sr Director of Engineering’s role is to assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through development and deployment of the company’s technical products. This requires envisioning the company’s service offerings and positioning the IT organization to deliver industry leading solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • A proven track record as a technical visionary and strategist.
  • Serving as a mentor and advisor within the Company, facilitating the transfer of knowledge and as an evangelist for adopting new standards, techniques, products and methodologies within the company.

VisionWeb is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist interested in working with a fun, fast-paced marketing team. This position will play an integral role in VisionWeb’s lead generation and nurturing marketing efforts. Primary tasks for this role will focus on conceptualizing, development, testing, and implementation of long form content, landing pages, forms, nurturing emails, and online campaigns. Candidates must be able to work in a collaborative manner with internal and external partners, and be comfortable multi-tasking several projects in tandem. This position will interface with personnel at all levels of our rapidly growing technology company.

Some of the day to day responsibilities:

Sales Tools & Enablement

  • Develop, write, and implement relevant content for lead nurturing emails and landing pages
  • Design nurture email workflows and determine the optimal send frequency to improve conversion
  • Test nurture emails and landing pages by using A/B testing and smart emails to increase open and click through rates
  • Create nurture campaigns designed to target offline contacts generated at tradeshows and other events
  • Report on lead nurturing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to the process based on campaign performance
  • Grow our email list organically, and work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
  • Create, implement, and test forms on landing pages and determine which fields are needed to drive conversion on landing pages
  • Set up landing pages so that conversions are automatically added to campaign workflows, but not in conflicting campaigns if multiple submissions occur
  • Evaluate lead campaigns for accuracy and ensure that the proper contacts are enrolled in the correct campaigns
  • Assess lead scoring efforts and determine the optimal scoring strategy
  • Work with Marketing Manager and SalesForce Administrator to ensure that data is transferring properly from SalesForce to HubSpot and vice versa
  • Work closely with Sales team to make necessary updates of sales enablement tools on the fly
  • Segment lists based on behaviors to target groups with specific content

Content Creation

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Inbound Marketing Specialist to develop concepts for videos, webinars, eBooks, Infographics, case studies, blog articles, and whitepapers
  • Create and edit promotional videos to be used widely across all marketing channels
  • Manage webinar logistics and development of webinar content
  • Own copywriting of aforementioned content marketing media
  • Implement edits and feedback to prepare media for graphic design development

General Work

  • Participate in weekly marketing meetings and company meetings as necessary
  • Assist in copy editing of marketing collateral and materials; including product brochures, presentations, email marketing, customer newsletters, press releases, Webinars, and website copy
  • Implement keywords into content to strengthen marketing SEO efforts
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communication
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing with focus on marketing content development
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
