VisionWeb, a leading player in the optical industry with the largest customer base, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who is results-driven, proactive and determined to join our team. This position is responsible for initiating and building lasting relationships with eye care physicians, and driving sales growth with our EHR software, Uprise. As a driving force for Uprise, you will actively ensure member service levels are of the highest quality, assist with the company vision of nation-wide success, engage in outside sales, and deliver the value our service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted sales advisor relationship with each assigned lead/account and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Conduct direct sales activities via phone calls, email and face-to-face interactions
  • Prospect, develop and follow up on leads, which include: Increasing adoption (sales), ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast, as well as activity tracking within VisionWeb’s CRM.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, associations, supplier meetings and other marketing presentations
  • Prepare, deliver and close sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation of customer solutions.
  • Maintain primary day-to-day contact with suppliers to ensure member sales and service levels are of high quality
  • Sell the value of Uprise to prospects by articulating how our solutions meet their needs and improve their business process.
  • Proactively engage with current customers to look for upselling opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years (5) of documented eye care practice management (PM) and electronic health record (EHR) sales history exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, including ability to manage deals with stakeholders
  • Thrives at efficiency and rapid deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong lead generation skills and disciplined sales administration skills.
  • Experience working inside a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, and within a defined sales process.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
  • Familiarity working with customers of all sizes.
  • Impeccable oral, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills

General Description

VisionWeb is hiring a Director of Sales to lead our sales organization into the next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and driving our revenue, this position will have a huge impact on the future of VisionWeb.

As the driving force of Uprise Sales, the newly launched, best in class cloud based EHR and PM system, the primary responsibility is in fulfilling the company vision of nation-wide expansion and eye care market domination.

This new member of our executive team will define the vision for how VisionWeb can own the market, and then execute on the plan to make it happen. S/he will draw from his/her extensive experience and success, bring new perspectives and solutions to enable exponential growth. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, our new Director of Sales must be an authentic collaborator and a proactive, strategic problem solver.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 5-9 including sales reps, account managers, ISRs and BDRs
  • Manage and set clear, measurable performance goals for all direct reports
  • Refine and execute multi-channel go to market strategy (online, offline, channel partners) for achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Create a culture of success within the team, with ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Build out sales team and processes to align with goals and optimize growth
  • Bring expertise to current sales training programs to further enable team to achieve potential and support company sales objectives
  • Set key sales metrics, activities, dashboards, and CRM sales processes
  • Work very closely with the Marketing Team to establish successful support and integrate strategies
  • 50%+ travel to build market, in-person meetings, customers, partners and VIPs to develop key relationships

Qualifications and Experience

  • 7-10 years of strong sales leadership experience. Proven ability to manage and develop individual performers and managers.
  • 7-10 years of selling software solutions to small doctor market with Electronic Health Record (EHR) / PM systems and SaaS models preferred.
  • Proven track record of building out sales force, KPIs, and processes that achieved/exceeded quotas and company objectives both as an individual contributor and manager.
  • Proven success in new product sales growth and building from the ground up
  • Ability to get up to speed on industry and products quickly
  • Strong expertise in managing accounts, opportunities, and activity in CRM
  • Ability to leverage relationships with multi-sales channels both internally and externally
  • Expertise in developing online and offline strategies that enable sales growth and meet objectives
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Proven success in hiring, building out training programs, and onboarding sales

SUMMARY

As a member of the Application Development team, the Developer plays an essential role in the development and maintenance of systems across the Enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Design, enhance, and maintain our proprietary industry leading solutions.

Desired Skills

General Description

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position provides first level problem resolution for enterprise/system-wide computer/mobile device hardware, operating system software, application programs, peripheral equipment, and LAN interfaces.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Within general guidelines, manages priorities based upon severity, workflow, and time constraints.
  • Applies system expertise, skills, and knowledge effectively in solving desktop; laptop; associated equipment, and network connectivity technical problems for in-office and remote employees.
  • Works with other technical staff and application personnel to resolve technical issues as required.
  • Works to provide timely support services to the user and receive, document, and closeout trouble calls.
  • Maintains courteous rapport and friendly customer relations with users at their level of understanding.
  • Assists with analyzing and defining specifications for user computer/mobile device requirements.
  • Configures and installs new hardware and upgrades to existing user system components.
  • Ensures proper configuration and performance of installed systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years previous experience of supporting 50+ users in a Windows & Mac environment.
  • Qualified candidates may have their A+ certification, experience with hardware/software support, troubleshooting and deployment as well as excellent customer service skills in a corporate environment.
