Open Positions

The Customer Success Manager functions independently to coordinate and support the long-term success of our Uprise customers. CSM will be responsible for developing strong relationships with internal and assigned Uprise customers to ensure they are satisfied with Uprise and the onboarding experience as well as their retention. You are the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Effectively manage account escalations.
  • Present company expansion (customer added value) through new product offering(s).
  • Gather all pertinent data from customer to create Uprise portal.
  • Maintains strong professional relationships with doctors and staff.
  • Performs post implementation satisfaction calls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
  • Familiarity working with customers of all sizes.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter and able to function independently and make independent decisions consistent with departmental/company guidelines and objectives.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Proficient in eye care delivery model and workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
  • Must be able to maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external customers.

Education Requirements(Essential Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certified Ophthalmic Technician preferred.
  • Certified Para-optometric Technician preferred.
  • Certified/Licensed Optician preferred.

Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements)

  • Minimum 5 years (5) of in practice (ophthalmology or optometry) office administrator, ophthalmic technician, optician related experience.
