The Customer Success Manager functions independently to coordinate and support the long-term success of our Uprise customers. CSM will be responsible for developing strong relationships with internal and assigned Uprise customers to ensure they are satisfied with Uprise and the onboarding experience as well as their retention. You are the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
